WHO WE ARE
The Holyoke RE-1J Foundation is an independent 501 (c) (3) non-profit organiation dedicated to enrich and improve the quality of the educational environment in the Holyoke School District. The RE-1J Foundation collaborates with the shool district to best serve the students. The school district identifies projects that are needed but are not fully funded at the district level. The RE-1J Foundation Board then selecs the projects that they feel best fit with the Foundation's mission.
MISSION
Our mission is to advocate, promote, and fund initiatives designed to partner with the school district to improve student performance and advance quality educational opportunities for all children. The Foundation accepts donations that support projects that are approved by the Foundation Board or into the General Fund for future projects. The Foundation maintains four funds: Academic Technology, Health& Wellness and General Funds. Each fund may have one or more active projects.
